The last 2 times I have went to this location of BWW it has taken over 1 hr. to get our food. The food was OK and the wait staff was very courteous and attentive. My daughter (8 yrs. Old.) asked if they get paid to starve people. My Son (6 yrs. old) was falling asleep at the table. To make matters worse people that were seated and ordered after us, received and eat there food before we even received our food. I might order to go from here but I doubt I will ever eat at this location again.

Service was so slow here. Food was good. Wings were nice and crispy. But salt and vinegar wasn't flavorful enough. Honey mustard sauce was tasty. Husband enjoyed the jalapeño sauce on his boneless wings. Kids like the mini corn dogs, Mac & cheese, and cheese burger.

We stopped by Sunday evening for dinner. The staff looked overwhelmed and confused. People were lined up at the door, tables were dirty, and it appeared that no one had any clue of what to do. Keep driving!

Holy Waste of Time!!! Hanging at the lake. Want to watch UFC and catch a beer and wings. We sit at a bar table. A waiter, waitress, & bar tender are hundred up gossiping. They look our way and continue to chatter. They are not busy at all on a Saturday night. So wifey and I set at the bar. We order our drinks finally. The brain dead bar tender is painfully slow and when wifey get her corona-rita they don't have the holder for the beer. No explanation just " I guess just pour a little beer in when you need to" then went back to licking the window and studdering. After the wait, the careless staff, and the bartender that made me feel like I was losing brain cells, we tried to tab out. Again ignored by 2 bartenders while they are not busy at all. Finally flagged her down. Took her for ever to work the system. Finally brings the $12& change bill and trys to walk off and not take my credit card. I really wish you could no star on yelp. This place needs managment, leadership, & training.

Service deserves a 5-star; hosting deserves no stars. We walked in and stood at the front podium for about 7 minutes before finally seating ourselves. Many employees walked by and smiled, but not one stopped to seat us. Landon took care of us and did awesome; food was quick and delicious. But not getting a warm welcome was a bad way to start dinner.

Strangely uncrowned for 7PM on a Saturday night. Despite that, we still waited longer than we should have to be seated even though there were several staff who saw us waiting. Waited long time to have order taken and very long time for food to come out. Waiter was friendly. Floor was dirty. Food was good but service issues will keep me from coming back.

Wanted to catch the Rangers game, while motorcycling through Arkansas. Figured BWW would be reliable choice. Beer was cold, but staff was way too stretched on a Wednesday night and our order started with the waiter telling us so. The wings took a long time (ordered as an appetizer, but showed up after our dishes), my wife's garden salad wasn't the freshest and there were complaints flying from most of the tables around us. The guy waiting on us was hustling, but they were understaffed and they didn't recover.

We always order take out from BWW usually pretty good but today not so much.....I got out to the car and there was sauce everywhere. The brilliant workers didn't put ANY lids on ANY of the sauce cups. I ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad and the majority of it I had to pick out because of nasty wilted gross lettuce. Won't be ordering another salad from here. Manager you might want to step up your game....not satisfied with today's lunch.

This is my third very bad experience at this location. First off, every time we visit the table is sticky and not clean. The service is terrible and there are no IPAs on tap, ever. All the other locations seem to have a better variety. Also the wings here are the only thing worth getting. The other food is less than up to par. Last, what is the funky smell in here? Smells like years of beer spills have accumulated on the floor without a proper cleaning and it's enough to take your appetite away. Think college public dorm smell, it's terrible. My advice, go to anywhere but here or go home and grill your own wings.

The food here was ok, it tasted like something I could buy at the store and make myself. The portions were tiny and the price was way too high. $7.99 for boneless wings and $5.99 for bone-in wings. Service was good but that was it. We will not be back unless it is to drink or watch a game.

I love places that serve hard cider! To eat, i ordered a basket of boneless bbq wings with a side of ranch dressing. Before we ordered, our waitress was really attentive but afterward she became a memory. Our food was delivered around 15 minutes later. I was disappointed in the amount of sauce on my wings and also at the too-crunchy texture of the breading. We were not given any silverware or napkins or enough dipping sauce for the whole table. It took quite some time to get someone to bring us our ticket, as well.

Jacked up their prices. Eliminated larger choices of quantities of wings forcing you to pay more if say you wanted to purchase 50 wings, we went I. Wanting to purchase 50 which would have been 2 twenty piece orders and 1 ten piece order totaling over $50 so we walked after letting the manager know our dissapointment. You guys lost a customer

Their wings are ok, but I've had just as good of wings other places. Some of their other stuff isn't that great. Their staff was friendly. The atmosphere is kind of strange as well. I'd probably go for Zaxby's wings over this place.

I frequent this location as often as possible. I always get good service and the staff is always friendly. They have 20 different beers on tap, which I think is the most in town. Great place to eat, have a beer and hang out with friends. Love their new chicken chipotle Blt.

Wing at most bww locations are always spot on but something was off here! Jammin jalepeno, curry, jerk, hot all seemed off. Maybe the wings were on their way out and they tried to salvage them.... Wont eat at this location again but still remain a fan of bww

We got stuck with a server who seemed fairly new but definitely not properly trained enough to be on her own yet. Ordered a Corona-rita which is supposed to come as a margarita with a Corona beer held upside down in your drink. The beer came on the side but the waitress had no clue what it was supposed to look like, so I showed her the picture. She went back to the bar and they told us that they did not have to beer holders. So I was wondering why they even have it on the drink menu then. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger which came out without bacon. Which I told the waitress was fine so long as you don't charge me for the bacon add on. About half way through me burger I bit into something hard. After the manager came out, we determined it was a dried out piece of pork off the grill which I had trouble breaking apart with a fork and knife. The burger was taken off the check, which was supposed to be $60 but the waitress ran my credit card for $600.

Was first time there this afternoon. Was out of steak for wrap and out of pulled pork. Which I thought wasn't good for a restaurant but got with manager and had a talk. Things turned out great ended up with a chicken ranch wrap had great fries and to top it off our waitress Haley is the best she took care of me and my women would highly recommend this place and if u go get Haley for your waitress

My friends and I hit this place a few times after concerts, mostly because it was one of the few places serving food after 10pm, and because we were able to (unfortunately) watch the Lakers lose the playoffs. The service in the bar area is so-so; we quickly learned it was much faster to order food and drinks at the bar instead of waiting for the servers to make their rounds to our tables. I definitely prefer the wings at Hooters (although at BWW I worry less about pubic hair turning up in my food!), but they are respectable, and the restaurant runs a couple of weekday specials for boneless or regular wings. They also have a great beer selection, including Guinness, Newcastle, and other imports and domestics on tap, and bottled beers. Basically, everything a girl needs to wash down those spicy wings. Smokers need to take their cancer sticks outside, a plus or a negative depending on what camp you belong to. The bar area is huge and there are so many TV's, there's no such thing as a bad seat.
